Bar-B-Q Pork


4 or 5 lbs. pork                        1 c vinegar
1 med. onion                            1 1/2 c water
3 T dry mustard                      1/2 c ketchup
3 T brown sugar                      1/2 Worcestershire 
1/4 t black pepper.                           sauce   


Mix all of the above, cover and cook at 350F for 4-5 hours. Dip off grease about 1 hour before meat is done. Remove fat, shred and enjoy.
