Lemon Pie

 3  eggs

1 cup sugar

Juice of 2 or 3 lemons

1 T cornmeal

1/2 stick butter

1  9” unbaked pie shell

    Beat eggs and sugar together. Add other ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F until the center is set and crust is golden brown.
