Pecan Pie



My Mom makes the best pecan pie this is her recipe....

1/2 c sugar
2 t flour
3 eggs
1 c green label Karo syrup (can't find it any more so I use blue)
1/2 c butter melted
1/2 c pecans

Combine everything and pour into a uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until set in the middle.

This recipe must have been for a small shallow pie plate. I usually make 3 recipes and put it into 2 pie shells. I also add some pecans. Which means it cooks longer.
