3 1/2 T cocoa
4 T flour
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cups sugar
Mix flour,cocoa, sugar and salt.Pour the milk into the cocoa mixture and stir until well mixed. Stir continuously over medium-low heat until it has thickened. Remove from the heat. Beat egg yolks and add them to the still hot chocolate mixture while constantly stirring. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Cool completely. Garnish with whipping cream or make meringue with leftover egg whites.
